Learn to Gain Confidence & Win K9 Cases in Court in this 2-Day K9 Courtroom Survival Seminar
In June, we will be offering a 2-day K9 Courtroom Survival Seminar hosted by the Windcrest Police Department in Texas. This course is a great opportunity for trainers, supervisors and handlers to gain insight on how to effectively build better detection and other canine case in the field and later successfully prosecute those cases in a court of law.
Canine Courtroom Survival Seminar – June 22-23, 2015
This 2-day course will be held at the Windcrest Police Department in Windcrest, Texas. This seminar will cover a variety of topics including effective record keeping, laying the foundation for K9 cases, testifying effectively, canine case law updates, and building solid canine cases. The course will also cover practical exercises in courtroom testimony. The K9 Courtroom Survival Seminar will be offered June 22-23, 2015 at a cost of $129 for the entire seminar. This course is open to all law enforcement and military trainers, supervisors and handlers.
This seminar is a great opportunity for those wanting to learn more about building more solid canine cases and gaining confidence in effectively prosecuting those cases in court. This seminar will also cover proving reliability with detection dogs and effectively describing the alert / indication with detection dogs. Although you are welcome to bring your dog to the seminar, there will be no working opportunities offered for K9 teams during this seminar.
